Day 11 – Be nurtured by Mother Nature
Nature is the best teacher.
-Everything in the world is governed by these simple yet powerful laws.
-Seasons, Life cycles, growth, Destruction, Creation, constant flow – these are but some of the things that we can learn from and apply to our lives.
-We are our authentic self when we are in nature. Among trees, wildlife, water, mountains.
-Infact, studies show that mild depression can be reversed when we spend time in nature. Perhaps, by reseting our frequency. Perhaps, by slowing us down to her pace.
-Forests, Mountains, Deserts and Oceans especially have this magical ability to embrace us in their space and encompass us with a completely different frequency.
-Even if we don’t have access to them we can atleast find ourselves a small patch of grass or Earth where we can stand barefeet for some minutes while we focus on our breath. Even this can help a great deal in making us feel more calm, at peace and connected.
Exercise
Today you will make time to be bare feet on the sand/earth/grass. Today you will connect to nature like never before. You will feel your bare feet connecting to the ground and each cell beneath your feet will receive energy from each molecule on the ground. You will feel this and allow it to spread to every part of your body.
Also, feel the warmth of the sun or the coolness of the moon or the gentle breeze that your skin can sense. Your skin is such a sensitive organ, capable of so much and making sure you are constantly protected and perceptive of your environment. Acknowledge this and draw in energy through your skin. Draw in this energy from the sun/moon/wind/rain/moisture.
